Starting With Zero Experience, Finding Confidence and Building My First Real Data Analysis Project Through Women Techsters Bootcamp 5.1

Data Analysis was a completely new territory. But the Women Techsters Bootcamp gave Favour Onahi Emmanuel the chance to start from scratch, take on a practical project, and grow more confident in her ability to work with data.

My name is Favour Onachi Emmanuel, and the Women Techsters Bootcamp 5.1 provided my first opportunity to explore Data Analysis and develop practical skills in the field. Before joining the program, I had no previous experience in Data Analysis, which made the Bootcamp a valuable starting point for my Data Analysis career.

One of the most important parts of the Bootcamp was the opportunity to learn by doing. During our group project, I worked on some dashboards and was proud of the work I produced. It was also an important experience because it showed me that I was capable of doing more than I initially thought.

I also earned a certificate in Data Analysis, and beyond that, the opportunity to work on a real project was one of the things I valued most about the program. It allowed me to take the knowledge I had gained during the Bootcamp and apply it in a practical setting.

Having recently graduated, I am still working toward securing my first professional role. For now, I continue to challenge myself, improve my skills, and prepare for the opportunities ahead. I know that every step I take is helping me become better prepared for the career I want to build.

Looking back, one of my biggest achievements is knowing that I took the opportunity to learn, stepped outside my comfort zone, and proved to myself that I could take on something completely new. And the Women Techsters Bootcamp gave me my first real experience applying Data Analysis skills.
