The Nigerian Women Techsters started its training program in Imo state. The training kick-started on 15th June 2019 with the opening ceremony.

The opening day had in attendance over 130 women from the different local government areas parts of Imo state; dignitaries, guests from the Office of the First Lady Imo State and Office of the Secretary to the State Government were also present.

The NWT-IMO class will run for 12 weeks, and the participants will be learning across three tracks (Web and Mobile development, Games development and embedded systems). TNWT Imo state class is organized in partnership with Nzuko labs and supported by the IMO State Government.
